WHO IS CALEB?
On Monday, 27 May 2024, a young Singaporean boy, Caleb Liang Wei Luqman Limonte, taken by his father from his home in Singapore and abducted to Malaysia. Caleb is only 7 years old.
Caleb has been in his mother’s care his whole life. His parents divorced in 2021 and since then Caleb has been legally under the care and custody of his mother, Daylin, who now has sole custody of Caleb. In May 2024, after a scheduled parental visit, Caleb’s father Luqman (aka Luke Liang), who is also a Singapore citizen, failed to return Caleb and abducted him overseas to Malaysia (via Johor Bahru). Caleb was illegally taken without the knowing or permission of his mother, and against Singapore Court Orders.
Heartbreakingly, over the past 14 months, Luqman has made himself uncontactable and has not granted Daylin any access to her son. We continue to exhaust all possible legal means in Singapore and Malaysia to have Caleb returned home.

A desperate search is underway for Caleb. He is being kept hidden and away from his mother, family and friends who have been fighting tirelessly to bring him home. Both he and his father are now illegal overstayers in Malaysia.
